This means a lot of sampling and cupping coffees! Lee also educates people about coffee and roasting.

Air roasting also called fluid bed roasting, is the modern method of roasting coffee. Public Good does a great job highlighting the benefits of air roasting compared to the traditional drum roasting method. Air roasting is faster, better for the environment, and easier to duplicate batch after batch. Plus, air roasted coffee just tastes better.
